COVID-19 Response

During these uncertain times, we at Harcourts Peninsula Properties wish to do everything we can to secure the health and safety of our clients and our staff. In response to current COVID-19 precautions mandated by local and state health departments, we have implemented the following rules and procedures, subject to change.

Office Visitors:

• Our office is currently accepting walk-ins, masks preferable but not mandatory.

Property Showings:

• All property showings are by appointment only;
• All persons wishing to view properties must first provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID prior to appointment;
• Occupied properties may be viewed at the current tenant’s discretion;
• A Virtual Showing may be available upon request.
